Itinerary
Day 1 – International flight from London Heathrow
Day 2 – 5 Cape Town
Arrive in Cape Town early morning and collect your hire car. It’s an easy 30-minute drive to Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa in the lively Camps Bay area for a 4 night stay, breakfast included. By midday, you could be looking at Cape Town from the top of Table Mountain! During your time in Cape Town, you could tour the Cape Peninsula, explore the city, take the cable car up Table Mountain, visit the penguin colony, book a boat trip to Robben Island and a guided tour of the townships. Tours can be done either as self-drive or as escorted tours. For the more adventurous, we also offer an overnight stay at one of the township B&Bs.

Day 6 – 7 Hermanus
Depart for the coastal town of Hermanus which offers shore-based whale watching in season (June – November) for a 2 night stay at the Grootbos Reserve which has onsite guides to make the most of the flora and fauna kingdom, all meals and scheduled lodge activities included.

Day 8 – 10 The Garden Route
Enjoy a scenic drive along the Garden Route to transfer to your next hotel. Stay 3 nights at The Manor House at Fancourt with breakfast included. This is a great base to explore the Garden Route, or simply explore the 613-hectare Fancourt Estate.

Day 11-14 Greater Kruger National Park -Timbavati Game Reserve
Today you return your hire car at George Airport and fly up to Kruger Park via Johannesburg. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road into the Timbavati for a 3 night stay at andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp. The drive takes about three hours and the roads take you through the rural villages before entering the reserve. At the luxury andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp all meals, local drinks, scheduled safari activities, transfers to and from the lodge airstrip, and laundry are included. Each day you can choose from thrilling game drives and nature walks with knowledgeable guides.

Day 15 – Transfer to catch your return flight back to the UK
